摘要

在事业单位开展各项社会管理活动的过程中形成的各类材料就被称为是文书档案，事业单位文书档案是对单位各类信息的记录，具有极高的保存价值，文书档案在事业单位管理中发挥着重要作用。在我国社会深刻变革的过程中，信息化、网络技术的出现使得文书档案管理工作受到了广泛关注，本文主要对当前事业单位的文书档案管理工作现状及存在问题进行探讨，同时也提出了有效改善当前文书档案管理现状的一些可行措施，希望能为进一步改善事业单位文书档案管理起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

All kinds of materials formed in the process of carrying out various social management activities of public institutions are called document files. Public institution document files are records of various information of the unit, which have extremely high preservation value. Document files are stored in public institutions. plays an important role in management. In the process of profound social changes in our country, the emergence of informatization and network technology has drawn extensive attention to the management of documents and archives. This paper mainly discusses the current situation and existing problems of document and archives management in public institutions, and also proposes effective improvements. Some feasible measures for the current status of document archives management, hoping to play a certain reference role in further improving the document archives management of public institutions.
