摘要

社会快速发展以及老龄化社会到来,我国社会保障体系在总体上取得了巨大成就,也让广大人民群众实实在在享受到了经济发展红利,有助于消除分配不公,缩小贫富差距,推动社会稳步发展。基于此,本文分析城乡居民养老保险中心人力资源管理工作过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,从而提升事业单位服务水平,实现国家长治久安。

Abstract

With the rapid development of society and the arrival of an aging society, my country’s social security system has made great achievements on the whole, and it has also allowed the masses to enjoy the dividends of economic development, which will help eliminate unfair distribution and narrow the gap between rich and poor. Promote the steady development of society. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of human resources management of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance centers, and proposes corresponding solutions, so as to improve the service level of public institutions and achieve long-term stability of the country.
