摘要
本研究聚焦于某通信体系演示验证项目管理工作，深入剖析了项目全新自上而下设计、边研边改与螺旋迭代的特点，指出了在项目管理过程中存在的难点，并详细阐述了在本项目管理过程中管理方法与实践，通过项目当前进展和成果分析验证了管理策略的有效性，为该领域其他体系项目提供借鉴。

Abstract
This study centers on the project management of a communication system demonstration and validation project. It thoroughly examines the project's distinct features, including its novel top - down design, the concurrent nature of research, modification, and the spiral iterative approach. The research clearly identifies the challenges encountered in the project management process and elaborates comprehensively on the management methods and practices implemented in this project. By analyzing the current project progress and outcomes, the effectiveness of the management strategy is validated, thus offering valuable insights for other system - level projects in this domain.
