摘要
在二十一世纪,人才的重要性更加凸显,成为决定工作成败的决定性因素。但是要想真正发挥出员工的能力,还需要在企业管理中引入激励理论,以此激发员工的工作热情和工作积极性,促使其爆发出更大的潜力,为企业发展作出更大的贡献。在这篇文章中,将会以激励理论为核心出发点,在充分考虑管理实际和时代背景的前提下,系统性阐述激励理论的重要意义,深入探究我国现阶段企业管理中激励理论应用的不足之处,并在此基础上提出切实可行的优化改进措施。

Abstract
In the 21st century, the importance of talents has become more prominent and has become a decisive factor in determining the success or failure of work. However, if you want to truly give full play to the abilities of employees, it is necessary to introduce motivational theory into enterprise management, so as to stimulate employees' enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work, so that they can burst into greater potential and make greater contributions to the development of the enterprise. In this article, we will take the motivation theory as the core starting point, and under the premise of fully considering management reality and the background of the times, we will systematically explain the importance of motivation theory, and explore the shortcomings of the application of motivation theory in the current stage of business management in our country. And put forward practical and feasible optimization and improvement measures on this basis.
