摘要

在数字经济背景下,企业的制度在不断完善,结合市场经济人力资源管理工作也需得到优化,并且还需受到企业重视。人力资源管理工作是企业管理工作中的重要组成部分,因此在需要发挥出相应的作用,才可提升企业管理水平。而企业为了满足发展需求,也需不断优化人力资源管理能力,以此为后续管理工作奠定良好基础。在数字经济时代,人力资源管理模式需要改变,并且还需构建相应的目标,按照目标进行优化。基于此本文对数字经济时代人力资源管理的创新路径进行分析,以此对管理内容进行创新,针对管理过程中的问题进行完善,最终对管理人员策略和思想进行建设,确保此项工作符合实际发展需求,并且保证后续工作可以满足实际需求。当前在数字经济时代,传统企业的生存形态和理念均不能满足实际需求,此时企业为了获得更多的经济利润需要改变传统工作模式,以此满足后续工作需求。

Abstract

Under the background of digital economy, the system of enterprises is constantly improving, and the human resource management in combination with the market economy needs to be optimized, and it also needs the attention of enterprises. Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management, so it is necessary to play a corresponding role in order to improve enterprise management level. In order to meet the development needs, enterprises also need to constantly optimize their human resource management capabilities, so as to lay a good foundation for the follow-up management. In the era of digital economy, the mode of human resource management needs to be changed, and corresponding objectives should be constructed and optimized according to the objectives. Based on this, this paper analyzes the innovation path of human resource management in the digital economy era, so as to innovate the management content, improve the problems in the management process, and finally build the strategies and ideas of managers to ensure that this work meets the actual development needs and the follow-up work can meet the actual needs. At present, in the era of digital economy, the existing forms and concepts of traditional enterprises can't meet the actual needs. At this time, enterprises need to change the traditional working mode in order to obtain more economic profits, so as to meet the needs of follow-up work.
